Overview

Hello and welcome!  This site is designed to help Taylor Guitar’s customer support team answer questions and provide first tier support for TaylorSense users. It describes common issues that customers may run into, how to resolve them, and when to escalate a support inquiry to Blustream’s support team. Who is Blustream?

Blustream Corporation is tech company based in Worcester, MA that specializes in connecting companies, their products, and users. Together with Taylor Guitars, they co-developed the TaylorSense app experience and sensor. Blustream also provides second tier support for Taylor Guitars’ customers.

 

What do I do if my steps aren’t listed here?

  1. Toggle bluetooth
  2. Restart the app (or service if on Android)
  3. Check and reset sensor battery
  4. Restart phone
  5. Reinstall the app
  6. Reset network settings (iOS only) – Warning, this will forget all saved wifi preferences
  7. Contact Blustream

 

How does Taylor contact Blustream support?

Taylor and Blustream have a shared slack channel to discuss customer support inquiries. For customer inquiries that need to be escalated to Blustream, a ticket can be easily created by pressing the “Submit Support Ticket” button in the navigation bar.
